Finished Lot Delivery

Once required infrastructure is completed, inspected, and accepted in accordance with applicable approvals, finished residential lots can be delivered to homebuilders for vertical construction — typically through lot purchase agreements and phased lot takedowns aligned with the development schedule and absorption.

Specialized engineering and construction work may be performed by qualified third-party contractors, engineers, consultants, and other professionals retained for individual projects.
