1893 Development Group is pursuing residential land development opportunities across North Texas. Our strategy pairs land acquisition and planning with our own construction operations, so infrastructure and site work can be coordinated under one organization.
Every project follows one connected path: raw land is evaluated and acquired, entitlements and subdivision plans are coordinated, streets, drainage, and utilities are built, and finished lots are delivered to homebuilders as the foundation of future residential communities.
We are actively evaluating opportunities. Engineering, surveying, and other specialized work is performed with qualified third-party professionals retained for each project.
